PIF Equipment cc
After leaving Honda SA in 1994, as well as a partnership venture in the fire equipment line, PIF was started from scratch.
Initially treading into a field that was familiar, with distribution, maintenance and repairs to fire units, PIF expanded to include irrigation and power equipment.
And if that wasn’t enough, four-wheelers (quads) soon followed. These machines can be modified to clients’ needs and are mainly used to patrol large areas, such as estates and company sites. They’re also part of a recreational line.
In the region of between 200 and 400 units are moved annually, which has given PIF exclusivity on these imported vehicles for Southern Africa, which is no mean feat. They’re sold across the borders via dealers and agents as well as locally.
